What is an Art Party?
Art Parties (AP) are an in-game social events. Driven by the community, people gather to have fun, draw, gpose, write, create, or work on personal projects.
Feel free to use the tag if you'd like to share your creations.
How do I view or share creations?
The easiest way to view or share creations is through the AP tag (#cafelimboap)
Your creations can be in any medium, whether It’s original or FF related for not matter!
There is also no pressure put on creating or polish, do what makes you comfortable!
Currently, the majority of AP participants and myself are using Bluesky.
Am I obligated to interact with others?
There is no pressure put on participation. If you wish to come and AFK, you are free to do so. If you wish to relax in the cafe outside to unwind, go ahead!
Do I have to participate in the theme?
There is no pressure put on matching the theme. Think of it merely as a potential way to explore your creativity, whether it be through glam, writing, artwork, gposes, etc.
Rules
All AP participants are expected to adhere to the following rules
Joining the Art Party means giving consent for your vanilla (unmodded) character to be drawn by others
Be kind and respectful, this AP seeks to create a relaxing, wholesome and inclusive atmosphere
Refrain from any types of harassment, drama, bigotry and hatred. Keep conversations and tones light.
If a conversation becomes ‘tense’, rather than escalating it, please contact the host to express your discomfort and to resolve the situation. Remember that this space is used by people to unwind.
If a person is determined to have harmful intent, they will be immediately removed.
Do not ‘beg’ for art, no stealing or tracing art is permitted, strictly no AI ‘art’ is allowed
Art and other creations are gifts and are not guaranteed, do not hassle or expect others to create them for you
Respect people's boundaries
Keep your creations, content and chat SFW.
No Mod talk in-game chat, Cafe Limbo does not endorse or condone use of mods.
Kindly do not tag official FFXIV official accounts in content related to APs if mods are used. Keep yourself & others safe.
Please do not spam the chat, or use many flashy or repetitive emotes
